AI-Powered Rental Management Digital Transformation: HaoFuture App Receives Support from the Ministry of Economic Affairs SIIR Program to Create a Smart Leasing Model
[Lai Media, Reporter Exposure Network/Zhang Zhewei/Taichung Report] With the rapid development of AI, cloud computing, and IoT technologies, digital transformation has become an important trend across various industries, and the rental market is entering a new era of smart management. In response to the increasing management demands from landlords and property management companies, the HaoFuture App integrates AI, cloud, and IoT technologies to create a smart rental management platform, supported by the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Small and Medium Enterprise Administration's "Service Industry Innovation and Research Program (SIIR)", assisting in the digitalization of rental management and enhancing operational efficiency in the industry.

The traditional rental management process includes multiple tasks such as property listing, showings, contract signing, rent collection, payment reminders, accounting management, utility billing, and equipment maintenance. Managers often need to switch between multiple systems and frequently travel to the site, which not only consumes manpower but also increases time and management costs.

The HaoFuture App is centered around the core concepts of "integration, intelligence, and efficiency", consolidating property management, advertising, e-lease contracts, online rent collection, automatic payment reminders, financial reporting, accounting management, and maintenance services into a single platform. This allows landlords and property management companies to complete daily management tasks through a single system, significantly simplifying cumbersome processes.

In addition to software integration, the platform also connects IoT devices such as smart locks, smart meters, smart water meters, and smart cabinets, enabling managers to remotely manage check-ins, access control, utility readings, and equipment management via their mobile phones, creating a more convenient and real-time smart rental management model.

The platform team stated that true digital transformation is not just about increasing work speed, but about reducing repetitive administrative tasks through intelligent systems, allowing managers to invest more time in customer service, property management, and market development, thereby creating higher per capita management efficiency.

In recent years, the HaoFuture App has held multiple smart rental management seminars, attracting landlords and property management companies to participate. Through practical demonstrations and case sharing, attendees learn how digital tools can improve management processes, reflecting the growing demand for smart management in the rental market.

According to platform observations, under the traditional management model, a manager can manage about 70 to 80 properties; after implementing digitalization and automation processes, management capacity can potentially increase to about 200 properties, effectively enhancing overall management efficiency and service quality without changing manpower allocation.

Receiving support from the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Small and Medium Enterprise Administration SIIR program also signifies recognition of the HaoFuture App's direction in promoting digital transformation in the rental industry through AI, cloud, and IoT technologies. The platform will continue to optimize smart management services to assist more landlords and property management companies in reducing management costs, enhancing operational efficiency, and accelerating the rental market's move towards smart development.

To lower the barriers to digital transformation, the HaoFuture App offers permanent free use for the first 20 properties, suitable for most general landlords; after exceeding 20 properties, professional property management companies only need to pay 10 NTD per property, and members are provided with an additional 600 advertising points annually, hoping to enable more rental managers to adopt smart management tools at a low cost.

The platform team expressed hope that through the three core concepts of "free management, free rent collection, and free advertising", the barriers for landlords and management companies to adopt smart management can be lowered, allowing technology to truly become a tool for enhancing efficiency rather than an additional burden.

As AI applications gradually change operational models across industries, rental management is also transitioning from traditional manual management to a new phase of smart and automated management. The HaoFuture App looks forward to continuing to leverage technological innovation to assist landlords and property management companies in creating a more efficient, transparent, and convenient rental management environment, jointly promoting the digital upgrade of Taiwan's rental market.
